Light, fruity, creamy and delicious are a few words to describe this summery drink. I love making hearty smoothies to have for lunch, and this is the perfect smoothie for a sunny day in June.
2 5.3 oz tubs of strawberry silk soy yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
A big handful of fresh strawberries with tops removed or 1 1/2 cup of frozen
A few ice cubes
A spoonful of chia seeds
Mint (for garnish)
Blend your ingredients, and pour into a large glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint sprig and enjoy!
